what it feels like...

What it feels like I cant describe
To have these thoughts locked inside
Theres so many things I would like to say
And things are more complicated that way
I'm afraid that things wouldn't go as planned
And emotions would get out of hand.
I want to have courage to say what I think
But feelings wont let that go
I don't feel the same way as you
I know that and you do to
What it feels like I cannot say
To have things continue on this way
Words seem so hard to form
But I'm afraid this cannot go on
Let me say what I have to say
And let our lives progress
Cause I don't share the same feelings as you
And you know that as good as I do
So with this smile you wanted to see
I'm sorry
I don't wanna sound cliche but,
There are other fish in the sea
I had to go on with these thoughts in my head
As I listened to every word said
I felt sad and confused
On what I should do
But the best ideas were what was
true
So like I said

Your feelings don't occur to me
Everything I had to go through
