We play in the spring
We romp through the snow
However, I'm wondering
Why no one can know

I believe you, honestly
But I want to tell people
It's really bugging me
I don't know if you're scared
Or embaressed of me
I wish that I could tell others
that we were meant to be
You said you would love me
for a thousand years
Now I'm not so sure
if I want to be your 'dear'
I love you, I really do
It's just it's so hard
to keep up our appearences
and not to drop our guard
I dont' care what you say
I'm going to tell everyone
I know that you are scared
But trust me, this'll be fun
I've told them all, don't you feel relieved
You see I knew you would
What's wrong with you, you look so pale
I better call a doctor, I should
You're lying in a hospital bed
Your quivering like a leaf
I brought you some food to help you
Some potatoes and some beef
You're fading away, I'll miss you so
I know that it's my fault
I wish I wouldn't have told them
Or your head wouldn't have met asphault
I know that they are jealous
After all, who wouldn't be
I'll see you up in heaven
It'll just be you and me! :-*
