does a raindrop make a sound?
Pounding, pounding, pounding,
on the whole and solid ground.
Screams and shouts; joyful bliss.
Tears stream down their faces.
The small come forth,
fulfill our dreams.
Our hope has grown again!
Rushing towards the Earth,
coming from their birth.
Raining, raining, raining
on joyful faces and their tears.
Screams and shouts; joyful bliss.
